Special Tips:

  1. The easiest way to create a cat-eye is to visualize where the line is going to go ahead of time. You can follow the lower lash line and extend upward and outward. Lift the lid and follow that angle upward.
  2. Cat eyes need to look crisp and perfect. Use a flat angled skinny brush with makeup remover and edge up the line so it looks crisp.
